We are very pleased to announce that our clinic have acquired the latest craze in slimming treatment. This is what we call the Lipomelt Cavitation Treatment. In this treatment, we use a cavitation machine called lipoderm, which generates ultrasound waves to break down cellulites and fats. When ultrasound waves passes thru a liquid or semi-liquid medium such as the adipose tissue or fats, it creates an expansion (negative pressure) and compression (positive pressure) waves. This effect gives rise to a "vapour bubbles" or "cavitation bubbles", because as we all know bubbles are made up of a hollow cavity in its interior. This cavitation bubbles continue to grow and later on collapse. When they collapse, they generate high local temperature peaks and related high energy chemical processes which then breaks off or literally melt the fats or adipose cells in the area. That's why we call the treatment, LipoMelt Cavitation. The "melted" fats will soon be carried over thru the lymphatic system for elimination in the feces.
This what happens to your fats cells when subjected to low frequecy ultrasound. Please refer to the video below.
As you can see on the video, the mound of fats melted when subjected to an ultrasound waves in a liquid medium.
Among the many features of this treatment are:
1. Its non-invasive, meaning it won't even cause you a single nerve fiber to twitch in pain.
2. Short treatment time (20-30mins) with noticeable effect already (2-5 inches off your belly) in just a single session.
3. Once the fat cell is broken or melted, it will never be regenerated. So on your next session, you can compare your measurement and you will be surprised with your progress!
4. No treatment downtime. You can resume your normal activity just after the procedure.
5. It breaks off fat cells using low frequency ultrasound waves without damaging other internal organs.
6. The cumulative treatment effect (6-8 sessions) is comparable to a liposuction procedure without the traumatic experience of being under a surgeon's knife. This treatment will soon efface the liposuction procedure which is painful, expensive and has a long treatment downtime.
Most doctors in the US are already practicing this procedure. They call this "ultrashape" or "fat blaster" in the US. You can watch the video on YouTube below.

ReplyDeleteHi doc, how much fat on an average 190lbs male can the 10+10 sessions promo, will be taken off? (love handles)
ReplyDeletehi, i have stubborn fat in my tummy area but its not much (i think). i just want to achieve the flat tummy look and feel. may i know what are included in your packages and how much?
ReplyDeleteTo anonymous (dated apr 7): if you have love handles, i suggest you undergo slim max....its also a cavitation procedure but with lipo-dissolve treatment. Patients who had the procedure had outstanding results after 2 weeks of treatment.
ReplyDeleteTo anonymous (dated apr 18): if you don't have that much fats on your tummy and you just wanted to have that firm and flat abs, i suggest you try our Lipo-Dissolve with RF procedure. You can call our clinic at 383.6893 for more inquiries.
ReplyDeletehi, i have a question, what if the patient wants the fat to be removed right away? do you also do that procedure?
ReplyDeleteim very interested with your Lipomelt. Do you accept credit card payment? Thank you

ReplyDeletehi anonymous (dated apr 22,2010): Are you referring to liposuction? Sorry we don't do that in our clinic. We are into non-invasive procedures. Surgical liposuction is not within the scope of our medical facility. Anyway, thanks for the inquiry.
ReplyDeletehi anonymous (dated apr 29,2010): as of now, we only accept CASH and CHECK payments. We are currently working on our credit card payment facility We will advise thru this blog as soon as it becomes available.
ReplyDeleteHello Doc, I am very much interested on this lipo melt procedure on my tummy and a little on my love handles, i am planning to visit your clinic by late next month. I just want to ask why belo's service like this is very much expensive compared than yours? Any side effect that i may possibly encounter after this? Will the fats in the area will return after this procedure? Thank you. Vinnie
ReplyDeleteHi Vinnie! We're looking forward to see you in our clinic. There's no side effects or whatever in this treatment. The fats that were melted during the procedure will not return anymore. We will discuss everything during your free consultation with us. You can call our clinic at 383-6893. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHi Doc! How much is the SlimMax per area? Do you have a package for this? Can this be done on the thigh area? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHi doc! how much SlimMax per area?what do you recommend for me, lipo melt or Slimmax? i am thin and underweight but my waistline is 29inches.,my only problem is my tummy.hope you can help me,tnx!
ReplyDeleteHi anonymous (dated may 17,2010): SlimMax per area is 7000 (less 10%)which already includes 3 slimming treatments - the lipo-dissolve, the lipomelt and the RadioFrequency. The radiofrequency is a follow up treatment after 5 to 7 days. On the thigh area, we strongly recommend lipomelt with RF first without lipodissolve because lipodissolve has a tendency to "bruise" a lot on the thigh area.
ReplyDeleteTo maribeth (dated may 21, 2010):Hi maribeth!if you are already thin,it is possible that you are only retaining fluids on your tummy area or it can also be loose sagging skin creating an impression of abdominal fat. This retained body fluids should be mobilized to allow its speedy drainage to the lymphatic system. This can be accomplished by RF Treatment alone which also has a beneficial effect on skin tightening, thus firming up loose skin. Anyway, we can further assess your condition when you come here in the clinic. You can call us at 836.2346 or 383.6893 to schedule an appointment.
ReplyDeletejust curious.. pwede po ba i2 sa ibang areas like arms at neck?
ReplyDeleteYup anonymous (dated may26, 2010). This can be done on the arms. It is also employed in the treatment of the neck, cheek area and jowl lines but we call it instalift since the result is instantly seen on the face and neck area right after one session. Watch out for the next feature article here in our blog, its all about instalift.
ReplyDeletegood am, doki am so interested to undergo this procedure ayoko kc ng liposuction. your price is affordable unlike sa belo na sobrang mahal. dok im staying here in cebu meron po ba kaung clinic dito?ung lipomelt po ba is mga ilang sessions dapat and ano po ba ang sssions after ng first treatment. pls enlighten, thanx a lot.....thess
ReplyDeleteHi doc. I'm JP and my waistline is 33 inches. If I undergo lipo-melt for 1 session, how many inches guaranteed will i lose? is the whole abdomen considered as one area? is it better for to have the slimax if i want if i want rapid result? Looking forward on my first session with you. =)
ReplyDeleteHi! Can this be done on the calf area? If not, which treatment can you recommend? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteto thess (dated june 2, 2010): hi thess!thanks for your query regarding the lipomelt slimming treatment. Sorry, but we don't have a branch in Cebu, but if God permits, maybe in the near future...Going back to your question regarding Lipomelt, treatment with LipoMelt depends on your body and fat composition. And usually the best predictor of a good treatment response is the first and second sessions. If you're losing big during your first session, the trend is, you're gonna lose more on your succeeding sessions. This depends on how your fats respond to the ultrasound waves. But basically, all fats will be melted when subjected to this treatment but results vary from person to person. The largest we gave tracked so far on record was 12 cm on the abdominal area and the least was 3cm. We have also noticed that the more fats the patient has, the bigger the losses. A patient needs at least 6-8 weekly sessions to obtain satisfactory results.
ReplyDeleteTo JP (dated june 6,2010): Hi JP!You are right that if you want a more speedy result you should opt to have the SlimMax instead. Though the SlimMax can be a bit tedious than the LipoMelt because 1 course of a SlimMax is composed of 2 sessions, spaced 4-5 days apart. But rest assured that result is rewarding! The first session would be the Lipo-Dissolved injection followed immediately by the LipoMelt Cavitation Treatment. We can not expect big losses on this, since the area injected would be a bit swollen. After 4 or 5 days, you will return to the clinic for the 2nd session to complete your 1 SlimMax Course but now with RadioFrequency Treatment to tighten the skin. At this stage you can expect big losses since you have allowed ample time for the area injected to recover. But then again, if you still feel pain and still notice swelling on the injection site, you may postpone your 2nd session up to 7 days or until the treated area is completely free of pain and swelling. In that way, we can appreciate the maximum treatment result. We usually get values ranging from 12-15cms upon completion of the 1st SlimMax course. Yes JP, the whole abdomen is considered and counted as one area.
ReplyDeleteTo anonymous (dated june 6, 2010): Hi there!you did not specify if you are a man or a woman - because big calves are aesthetically pleasing if you are man. Anyway, the calf is composed of the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. Basically, the calf, whose primary function is to help us walk is I think one of the busiest muscle in the human anatomy. It contracts more often than any other muscles in the upper and lower extremities. And it is studied by medical science that repeated muscle contraction as we do when we walk using the calf muscle burns a lot of fat on that particular area. This holds true in the fitness industry that's why bodybuilders voluntarily subject all their muscles to strenuous contraction to achieve muscle growth and eliminate fats. By this in mind, we can also say that the lowest percentage of fat can be located on the calf area. I've been seeing big-bellied chicken leg men and wonder why are their torsos big while their legs like a drumstick? Going back to your concern, if LipoMelt can be effective on the calf - I can say very minimal. We have an effective approach to that area by using a BioTONE machine to effectively tone the calf muscles coupled with an RF Treatment. In this way, we can help effectively contract the calf muscles especially those who are sedentary and we also help ease the flow of lymphatic fluids on the appropriate lymphatic channels. Sometimes we see our legs swollen, but that's not because of fats, but because of stagnant lymphatic flow due to poor lymph circulation. We also advice patients that we are treating in this area to wear elastic stockings and elevate the legs 45 degrees when sleeping.

ReplyDeletehi! doc, ask ko lang po if how much per session, for the arms and tummy?but my "arms"is my bigger problem. i'm so conscious about it, i can't even wear sleeveless tops.ryt now it's 30 cm.i want my arms to be thinner, how many sessions do i need to under go?how much? hope you, reply soon.,.
would lipomelt work in my arms if i will only undergo 1-2 sessions? how much would that cost and how many cm would i lose? :) also, is the RF treatment included in the session?:) thanks!
ReplyDeleteTo Sheng: Sorry if it took me awhile to respond to your inquiry. The LipoMelt can be able to strip off 3 to 5 cm of fats on each arms. So you just figure out how many sessions you'll be needing to achieve thinner arms. We have an ongoing promo right now of 3,500 per session which also includes an RF treatment.
ReplyDeleteTo anonymous (dated june 12,2010): It really depends on how big your arms are. In some patients they require 4 to 6 sessions to totally see the results.
ReplyDeletehello, is the promo still available? will that also include RF? im planning to have my schedule anytime this week. i'll just call your clinic then :)thanks!
ReplyDeletehi doc! can you recommend lipomelt for person with hypertension? if not, what can you recommend? my problem area - tummy. thanks in advance
ReplyDeletehi doc.just wanna ask how many sessions of lipomelt would it take to have a flat tummy..im slim, my only problem is my tummy especially my lower abdomen.its like, i have three layers when i sit down.my waistline right now is.. i think 29inchs.
ReplyDeleteTo chiharu (july 4 2010): The promo is still available which includes RF. Just call our clinic for your schedule. Looking forward to see you chiharu!
ReplyDeleteHi anonymous (dated july 5, 2010): Actually the lipomelt procedure is generally safe but before you have the procedure, we have to make sure that your BP is ok. If its ok, its perfectly fine to proceed with the procedure.
ReplyDeleteHi girly29 (dated july 5 2010):I advise you to see me at the clinic so I can assess how much treatment you need. We can also design a customized slimming program for you.
ReplyDeletehow much the lipomelt?
ReplyDeleteHi, do you lymphatic drainage after the procedure?
ReplyDeleteYes. We do lymphatic drainage after the procedure.
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm karen... I just gave birth last September 9,2010. And problem ko po hnd pa bmalik ung dati kong figure... now lumaki ung abdomen ko and parang nag lose... maggng effective ba un Lipomelt sakin and safe ba kc nga cesarian ako?
ReplyDeletehi! just wanted to ask if i avail of the lipomelt for thighs, is it more or less 20 mins per thigh? how abt the RF after, how long will that take? also, how long is the interval between sessions? makati is kinda far from our place kc. thanks a lot.
ReplyDeleteHi Karen! I think I answered your concern thru our facebook page....anyway, after 6 months from the time you had your CS, you can have, by all means the slimming service treatment we have here in our clinic. We have a special slimming treatment for post natal fat deposits and its really quick and very effective! In 2-3 weeks, you're back on your pre-pregnancy figure!
ReplyDeleteHi anonymous (dated Oct14): The Lipomelt per thigh would take on the average of 30mins per thigh and the RF is also 30mins per thigh, but it still depends on how much fat we will be melting. So on average, you'll be spending a total of 2 hours in our clinic for the Lipomelt Plus (with RF) treatment. Interval per session for this is every week.
ReplyDeleteHi doc! Im Mye.. My body is not proportion, i Have a big thigh and legs. What Procedure can advice me to take?

ReplyDeleteHi, I'm a bit problematic about my bulging tummy since it is the only area in my body that I consider fat. I'm have a slim build but I just can't rid of my love handles. What can you recommend? Also, does the procedure have an age-limit? Thanks :) Please do email me at: michelle.ary@hotmail.com
